We became avid souvenir postcard, fruit crate label and cigar label collectors right around the turn of the century - the year 2000! Most of the souvenir postcards and collectible vintage labels that we have purchased date from the early 1920s through the late 1950s. During the same time we starting collecting, we stumbled into a full color printing process called dye-sublimation. In no time at all we were printing these beautiful vintage images on variety of gifts and housewares.
Now we had a great product line, but needed a way to get them in front of customers. So we went on a search for the right marketplace and found the Saturday Morning Market in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. We became vendors with the market at its inception in the early 2000's. Right away we enjoyed popularity with the market customers and have many return shoppers who have turned into friends. We remain proud vendors at the market. To visit their site go to www.saturdaymorningmarket.com. The market is where our name originated. In trying to choose a website name that made sense, we kept it simple and decided on naming the site what our business originally was - a Post Card Booth!
It has been a great trip that has taken many twists and turns through the years, but our dedication to having the best quality products, great customer service and the possible best prices will always remain the same. We really value our customers and truly enjoy sharing these fun, historic and beautiful collectible postcards and vintage crate labels.
When not in our studio filling orders, Sam Stone plays guitar, sings his beautiful original songs and makes new friends at beach bars along St. Pete Beach which he has done for over 25 years - visit his website at www.samstonesite.com. Bonnie Rivenbark is a massage therapist and has enjoyed helping people relax and stay pain free since 1989. Together we specialize in making folks feel great! PostCardBooth.com is one more way for us to bring joy and make the world a little bit better and we are honored to do so.
