Store Policy

At POSTCARDBOOTH.COM we want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchases and enjoy their shopping experience with us. Thank-you for visiting!

Payment and Processing
Orders are processed online by our Shopping Cart secure servers. 
Most orders will ship in 1-3 business days. 
We have no minimum order requirements! 
We accept: Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, and PayPal.
You are responsible for reviewing your order before submitting it. Please review the items in your cart to be certain you are ordering the correct items and quantities.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled as long as you contact us via email "before" the order is shipped.  If you need to cancel an order PLEASE do so immediately.

Damage Policy
We take every precaution to prevent any damages. In the event your package is damaged please contact us immediately.  Sending digital photos will assist us in processing our damage claim faster.
  As our valued customer, we will immediately send a replacement order to you so you will not be inconvenienced. In most cases we will not ask you to send back the original damaged item. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order for our insurance purposes.

Returns & Refunds 
Please contact us by e-mail before returning any product within 10 days of delivery date.

If you return the product without contacting us no refund can be given. We can not accept returns after the 10 days from delivery. Please do not delay if you need to return a qualifying item.

If your return is accepted by us, items must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase, return shipping paid by customer. The products must be in 100% resalable condition.

We are happy to offer a credit towards your next purchase provided returned items are in resalable condition. The credit must be used within 1 year from date of issue.
